Retraso de más de 3 horas

Buenos días, el día 26/08/2023 volamos desde Cracovia a Barcelona en el vuelo Ryanair FR 3036. El vuelo salía inicialmente a las 17.15 - llegando a las 20:00, pero se retrasó y terminamos saliendo de Cracovia a las 20:45 - llegando a Barcelona a las 23:42. Más de tres horas de retraso. Al intentar poner la reclamación directamente en la web de la aerolínea, se ve claramente la mala fe, ya que indica que el vuelo no sufrió ninguna alteración de horario. Adicionalmente, destacó el abuso de Ryanair al hacernos pagar por escoger asiento para ir juntos como familia con un menor de edad, solo uno y que no se asignó aleatoriamente. Los otros dos asientos se preasignaron juntos, para obligarnos a pagar por el tercero.

Buenas tardes, han pasado 17 días desde que puse la reclamación y aún recibido respuesta por vuestra parte.Exijo se atienda a mi reclamación y se respeten mis derechos como pasajero.Saludos,

Buenos días,No habría sido un tema de slot si el vuelo anterior de Barcelona a Cracovia FR 3035 no hubiera llegado a Cracovia con 1h y 40 min de retraso. Aparte miente, en ningún momento recibimos email o sms.Exijo se me respeten mis derechos, de lo contrario no dudaré en escalar la queja ante el organismo gubernamental pertinente dado vuestro abuso. Tengo todo el tiempo del mundo para dedicar a esto, así que eso no será un problema para mi. Espero respuesta. Gracias.
