Hola, compré 4 billetes de avión con Ryanair y pagué por dos maletas que facturé online, 36€ cada una. Tuve que pagar 96€ más en la puerta de embarque porque me dijeron que tenía que haberlas llevado hasta su mostrador. Las maletas tenían medida de cabina y las cargamos nosotros mismos hasta la puerta del avión. No había problema de espacio pero aún así nos hicieron pagar doblemente por ellas.Además el vuelo sufrió un retraso de 2 horas, por mail sólo me informaron del retraso de una hora. No nos pidieron disculpas ni nos compensaron de ninguna manera.

Gracias por la información pero en el momento de la compra del billete no queda claro que una maleta de menos de 10kg no pueda ir en cabina dadas las medidas y el peso de la maleta. Los auxiliares que nos atendieron en el aeropuerto nos dijeron que este error pasaba a diario, por lo que podrían plantearse lo que están haciendo mal desde su compañia. Es excesivo pagar por dos maletas de cabina, el precio de las maletas y el importe de más que nos hicieron pagar después.A esto sumar el malestar que ya llevábamos por haber sufrido un retraso de 2 horas que otras compañías compensan con bonos de comida o bebida.Reclamo el importe que tuvimos que pagar de más.Un saludo.
