Retraso de 24h de vuelo que sigue en venta en otras webs

B tardes Realice una reserva de vuelos con Ryanair y me escriben hoy que me retrasan el vuelo de vuelta nada menos que 24h!!! Lo que supone un gasto añadido de alojamiento de esa noche extra. Me ofrecen reembolso (no me interesa porque ya he pagado el alojamiento) o cambio de vuelo pero obligatoriamente al día siguiente. Me pongo a mirar en las web de buscadores de vuelos y cuál es mi sorprensa cuando me encuentro que el mismo vuelo que me han retrasado a mi sigue operativo y en venta en las otras plataformas, por supuesto más caro que cuando yo lo adquirí. Los sistemas de reclamación de Ryanair están preformulados y no permiten exponer la casuística de manera precisa ni ofrecen ayuda operativa ni eficaz. Una compañía en la que para volar siempre son todo pegas y extras, y en la que insisten en que contratando todos los servicios extras que te ofrecen todo irá fenomenal… Me parece vergonzoso porque a estas alturas los vuelos alternativos de vuelta en el día que yo necesitaba volver están por las nubes. Y no puedo, como propone Ryanair, volar un día después porque los cuatro integrantes del viaje trabajamos y nos resulta imposible.

He recibido contestación a mi reclamación sin justificar ninguno de loa motivos de mi queja. 1. El vuelo que me cancelaron seguía al día siguiente de venta en otras webs, envié pantallazo para demostrarlo. 2. Un retraso de vuelo de 24h no es un retraso, es un cambio que supone un desembolso extra por parte del cliente, que tiene que reajustar alojamientos en el destino3. Si le hacen un reembolso al cliente de un billete comprado para fechas de alta demanda comprado con antelación suficiente como para no perder las ofertas competitivas, es evidente que el gasto de adquirir nuevos billetes será muy superior. Esa es la compensación que pido. 4. Me parece inadmisible que en la compañía Ryanair exijan al cliente todo tipo de compromisos, letras pequeñas y trampas en los upgrade (solo falta que nos cobren un extra por respirar) que le supondrán significativos gastos extra pero no se comprometan en absoluto si el fallo es suyo. Con un “lamentamos las molestias” el cliente se tiene que dar por satisfecho. Que ya puedo yo pedir perdón por no haber medido bien mi maleta y que mida 1cm más de lo estipulado en su ridícula cabina, oiga, que me va a dar lo mismo. Pago más yo. Pero si el error o incidencia es suyo y me cambian un vuelo nada menos que de un día para otro, pues ya acepto yo de buen grado las disculpas q me ofrecen y vuelvo a pagar. Me he tenido que gastar 1000e más con la gracia. Dicen de Ryanair que lo barato sale caro y parece que es verdad. Lamentable servicio de atención al cliente.
