Further to your email, as we note that you also claim on behalf of your travel companion, allow us to share that as per our data protection policy, we are unable to communicate directly with third party entities, friends, family members, spouses, travel agents or employers without a signed authorization letter from passengers attached with passport details. This is irrespective of who pays for the ticket of the travelling passenger(s).
We kindly request you to advise the other concerned passenger to write to us directly from his own email address in order for us to address their concerns/request or provide us the requested documents as mentioned above. A sample template of authorization letter is attached for your reference.
