Retencion no procesada

Hola, realice una compra en vuelo(in-flight) de Milán a Barcelona(asiento 1B) (FR7540) el día 27/11/2023 de 30€ con Ryanair, pagado con tarjeta. Esta compra la tengo descontada dos veces. Una es un cargo el día 27/11/2023 que es correcto y la otra una retención del día 29/11/2023 que tengo desde hace casi 2 meses. Desde el banco me indican que por su parte esta todo correctamente gestionado. Les aparece que no han procesado la devolución de la retención. Pueden indicarme como esta en su sistema esta retención?Cuando van a procesar esta devolución de la retención? Gracias

Hola,creo que no a leído con suficiente atención mi reclamación.No estoy diciendo que exista un doble cargo, porque un cargo duplicado se puede reclamar vía Visa/mastercard. Es una retención sobre un cargo que no habéis procesado su devolución, la cual solo podéis proceder a procesarlo vosotros.Mi banco me indica que es cuestion vuestra que habeis RETENIDO este dinero y no lo habeis procesado su devolución. Como bien puede ver en las fotografías adjuntas, detalla correctamente el cobro de este cargo "correcto" y la retención del dinero "no correcto".Ruego por favor vuelvan a revisar sus ficheros financieros, que encontraran estos dos apuntes. El cual tienen la retención sin procesar del día 29/11/2023.Quedo a la espera de sus comentarios.Gracias
