No obstante, el pasajero no está siguiendo correctamente los pasos necesarios para acceder a las reservas y gestionar el vuelo.
Por este motivo, ya le hemos enviado nuevamente las instrucciones detalladas, junto con los datos necesarios para poder acceder correctamente a la reserva, realizar el check-in online o añadir servicios adicionales.
