Dear Sir/Madam: I am contacting you because I never accessed the Claro Credit website directly. I even reviewed my internet search history and I did not go onto their website directly. I believe that Claro Credit received my information from another financial lending broker that connects with lenders - I applied with financial lending brokers on November 29, 2025. I applied with Creditio, Creditilia, Financiar24. But never directly with Claro Credit www.credito-clara.es I would not be interested in their service of credit report or scanning and evaluation services. I want an investigation as to how they were able to obtain my information through a third party without my approval for any of the charges that were made. I was charged €1.99 on November 29, 2025 in addition to €28 fee on November 30, 2025. They charged my account again on December 19, 2025 (third charge) for €29.99 and a fourth charge on December 28, 2025, also for €29.99. I see there are many complaints, and Claro Credit is claiming these are membership fees for those who want access to credit reports and dark web scans (I did not request that service). I did not sign up for these, so why am I being charged four times in one month? I am requesting a full refund, as I did not sign up for services via their website. I appreciate your help in receiving my refund and ensuring I am not charged by them again in the future. I will also be filing a police report to investigate how they are obtaining our information. I see that many are also claiming just like me that they did not apply for this service on their website.
