I am filing a formal complaint against HTL International School of Hospitality, Tourism and Languages. I paid €5,500 for programs (Master in Artificial Intelligence / Hospitality & Tourism / Business Diploma). My student visa was denied with the official reason: “School is not recognized in the official registry.”
Because HTL is not recognized, the program could not legally lead to a valid student visa. This constitutes misrepresentation and breach of contract. I requested a refund, but HTL refused or did not respond. I am requesting the intervention of OCU to obtain the refund of €5,500.
Attached:
Proof of payment
Visa refusal letter stating school is unrecognized
Email communications with the school
Requested Resolution:
A full refund of €5,500.
