Hello I received an order which was low quality/ bad fitting & the brown polka dot dress is horrible plastic synthetic feeling fabric (similar to a bag for life shopping bag) They do NOT answer the telephone. I asked for a return label & was told I had to wait for the return process approval/ send at my expense to China/ offered partial refund / discount in lieu of further purchase. It clearly says FREE RETURN LABEL on the website DOESNT SAY GOODS NEED TO BE SENT TO CHINA.
This breaks consumer laws all over Europe. It is false advertising according to Spain’s penal code 282. CONSUMER LAW CLEARLY STATES ONCE THE PROMOTE AN ITEM AND YOU ACCEPT. ITS A LEGALLY BINDING
