Dear Sir/Madam: I am contacting you because I accessed the Claro credit website to see if I could apply for a loan on November 29 2025. At the end of the process, they asked for my debit card details to verify my creditworthiness. I then saw that I was charged €1.99 for this verification, in addition to an extra €28 fee. What I didn't realize was that this was a subscription fee that they were charging me. So they charged my account again on December 19, 2025 (third charge) for €29,99 and a fourth charge on December 28, 2025 again for €29,99.
These charges are not disclosed anywhere on the website. I see there are many complaints and Credito Claro is claiming these are membership fees for those that want to access credit report and dark web scan (I did NOT request that service), I did not sign up for these and why am I being charged 4 times in 1 month?
I REQUEST a refund of ALL amounts, as they are not upfront on the entirety of the services, additionally there are hundreds of claims against them for which they do not disclose these charges. I appreciate your help in me receiving my refund and not being charged by them again in the future.
