reembolso

Hola estoy esperando dos reembolsos de Booking que no llegan y tengo mails diciéndome que estaba arreglado que vergüenza uno por unos billetes de avión con seguro de cambio que compré y que no me pudieron solucionar y otro por un taxi espero mi dinero o haré una queja formal el número de reserva es 85224949.
