De este modo, antes de la salida del vuelo, los clientes tienen la oportunidad de consultar y acceder en todo momento a la notificación de sus derechos.Todos los clientes afectados por la cancelación de este vuelo recibieron un correo electrónico y un SMS en los que se les daba acceso al aviso del artículo 261 de la UE. El correo electrónico contenía los enlaces para realizar un cambio de vuelo gratuito, solicitar el reembolso y detalles sobre cómo ponerse en contacto con nuestro Departamento de Reservas.Las opciones disponibles se detallan en el Reglamento EU261, de la siguiente manera:Transporte en el siguiente vuelo disponible en la misma ruta.Transporte desde otro aeropuerto de salida de Ryanair o a través de un aeropuerto de Ryanair hasta el destino original.3. Reembolso completo, una vez aceptada esta opción no surgirá ninguna otra responsabilidad en virtud del artículo 261 de la UE.Confirmamos que el cliente era conocedor de las opciones planteadas y solicito el cambio de vuelo.De manera que lamentamos que Ryanair no este en posicion de realizar el reembolso solicitado.En cuanto a los gastos mencionados, por favor tenga en cuenta que en virtud del Reglamento EU 261/2004, no son suceptibles de devolucion aquellos gastos que no vengan correctamente acompanados con recibos y facturas validos, fechados y pormenorizados.Sentimos no poder ser de mas ayuda.Atentamente,R.
