Reembolso no efectuado

Hola, estoy reclamando hace dos semanas un reembolso que según Qatar ya se emitió a mi tarjeta el día 29/02. En atención al cliente me dieron un número ARN de la devolución que no existe. Mi banco no tiene ninguna constancia ni ninguna devolución pendiente con est número. Al volver a llamar a Qatar me dieron varios correos electrónicos donde enviar documentación justificando que en mi cuenta no aparece este importe. Nadie me responde los mails y las personas que me atienden me dicen que escalaran al departamento financiero pero sigo igual. Sin mi dinero después d eun mes y medio de espera con mail de confirmación por parte de Qatar indicando que se me abonará dicho importe.
