Dear All, I am extremely disappointed with both Sonic and FedEx. I purchased a stereo for my Harley Davidson, costing USD 679.19, over 30 days ago, and I paid all required taxes, including €212.91 in customs fees. Today, I was notified by FedEx that the product was returned to Sonic Electronics without ever being delivered to me. I respectfully request a full reimbursement, including the product cost and all taxes paid, as well as appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and stress this situation has caused. I ask that this matter be resolved promptly. Thank you, Aldo Montes Pereira
