reembolso de dinero

hola, buenos días, estoy exigiendo el reembolso de un vuelo de dos pasajeros, el vuelo fue cambiado de aeropuerto de salida por lo cual tuve que cancelar . me hicieron un reembolso en baucher el cual demoro 15 días tiempo que no podía esperar al día siguiente de la cancelación compre otros dos billetes . necesito el reembolso de los boletos en dinero a la tarjeta que efectuó el pago ya que no me interesa volver a viajar y no los voy a utilizar . e intentado hacer varias reclamaciones sin ningún tipo de resultado siempre ponen una escusa para no devolver .
