Estimados/as señores/as:  Me pongo en contacto con ustedes porque la empresa Booking no me devuelve el dinero que pagué por una reserva en un hostel que finalmente no reconoció dicha reserva.  SOLICITO que me asesoren y orienten en la presentación de mi reclamación, en vista de la situación grave que me encontré en un país extranjero, al ver rechazada mi reserva, en plena noche.  Me encuentro a disposición de explicar más a detalle mi caso y enviarles las pruebas que consideren pertinentes. Sin otro particular, atentamente. Recuerda no incluir ningún dato personal o sensible, ni tuyo ni de un tercero, como puede ser nombre, apellidos, DNI, número de teléfono, dirección postal, cuenta y tarjeta bancaria, email…

Thanks for your response. I contacted you many times via email since the first of the incident but you stopped responding my emails. Let me know if you need additional info to solve this issue.

We have reviewed the file cannot determine the actual events as the accommodation communicated that the booked unit was available for you and even held the room for the second night. In our role as an intermediary we are not providing the service or travel experience itself and are also not present during the stay. As an exceptional amicable settlement we would like to offer travel credits for the reservation price charged. Such credits can be used for future reservations on the Platform. In order to proceed with the offer we kindly ask to share a proof of the reservation amount paid towards the accommodation. Please note the offer is no admittance of liability. By accepting the offer you consider this matter solved and confirm no further claims will be made towards Booking.com. Please respond to the current message for future correspondence on this file.
