Reembolso check-in online

Estimados/as señores/as: Me pongo en contacto con ustedes porque les envie un email el dia despues de un vuelo con su compañia y tras tener un incidente. Les envio otra vez el mensaje: Ayer dia 24 de marzo vole con ustedes y quería realizar una reclamación. El vuelo salia a las 15:15 desde Ibiza a Madrid (FR2085). Estuve en el mostrador de su compañía dos horas y media antes de la salida del vuelo para realizar el check-in y los trabajadores aparecieron a las 13:05. Intenté hacer el check-in online el dia anterior pero no lo conseguí, y por eso fui antes al mostrador para pedir ayuda. Las dos azafatas intentaron ayudarme no sabian. No pudieron hacerlo a tiempo con la consiguiente penalización. SOLICITO el reembolso de la cantidad abonada. Sin otro particular, atentamente. Reserva: GPSWGZ

Les informamos que todos los pasajeros pueden hacer la facturación en línea, gratis, hasta 2 horas antes de la salida programada del vuelo. Los clientes pueden realizar la facturación 60 días antes de la salida de ambos vuelos comprando un asiento. Los clientes que deciden no comprar el asiento se pueden asignar uno de forma gratuita si la facturación via internet se hace entre 24 y 2 horas antes de cada vuelo reservado. De acuerdo con nuestros términos y condiciones de viaje, acordados en el momento de la compra, los clientes que no hayan facturado por internet tendrán que pagar una tarifa de facturación en el aeropuerto, que es de €/£55 por pasajero (30€ para vuelos desde España). Buenas tardes, Estuve dos horas y cuarto antes de la salida programada del vuelo en el mostrador con el fin que el personal de la empresa me ayudara a realizar el check-in por internet. Ninguna de las dos azafatas estaban preparadas para realizar esta gestión, lo intentaron pero no lo consiguieron. Además, la cantidad que abone de la penalización no se corresponde con la información que me comunican en su mensaje. Adjunto, otra vez, la factura emitida.
