I bought two flight tickets through finnair.com from Madrid to Miami. When i arrived to the check in desk i realised that my ticket was booked with my second surname instead of with the correct one. I phoned Finnair customer service in finland and after more than one hour on the call, the woman could not know how to change it in the computer so i missed my 2 flights. My husband flew alone and i had to buy another flight ticket for me. The cost of the new flight just for me was 1808,58 euros plus one hotel night in Miami because of the change of the flight schedule 159euros. I request my money back and also the payment of the extra cost ticket and hotel.Regards
