reemboloso por no relizar el viaje tras el terremoto

hola realicé una compra de billetes para mi y mi familia destino a marrakech. mi vuelo salía apenas 24 horas después del terremoto de marrakech y su entorno siendo mi destino esta ciudad. decidí obviamente no ir al viaje porque no se daban las circunstancias de seguridad por réplicas, desastre natural con importantes daños materiales y sobre todo personales, mas de 3.000 muertos. ha sido causa de fuerza mayor he solicitado el reembolso y la compañía no se hace cargo porque dicen el vuelo se realizó con ·normalidad·

Creo que no han entendido la situación particular de lo ocurrido a pesar de que el vuelo operara con normalidad. me pueden decir cuántos pasajeros utilizaron el vuelo? ustedes creen que a las pocas horas de un terremoto los viajeros, aunque se mantuviera el vuelo,lo cual me parece muy bien que lo hubieran usado para ayuda humanitaria y llevar personas cooperantes y sobre todo poder traer a los que tenían contratado el billete de vuelta, vamos a acudir a la zona del epicentro del desastre natural con evidente riesgo de integridad para la vida y ante unas circunstancias que se conocían en qué situación se estaba incluido el elevado número de muertes?por tanto, independientemente de si está contemplado o no dadas las especiales circunstancias, como imagen de empresa y como solución a situaciones concretas que se han debido a fuerza mayor, valoran de nuevo el expediente y puedan devolver el importe del gasto no realizado. de lo contrario seguiré con los trámites administrativos y judiciales que me corresponda ante una situación de tal agraviosaludos
