Reeembolso del cobro por la impresión de las tarjetas de embarque

Buenas tardes,El motivo de esta reclamación es que el pasado día 03/12 teníamos un vuelo contratado para volar a Baden Baden (Nºvuelo: FR 9209), mi mujer, mis dos hijos y yo. El problema apareció al querer hacer el checking nos informaron que se tenía que hacer on-line 24 horas antes del embarque o 2 horas antes del embarque en mostrador. Nosotros llegamos con más de una hora de antelación pero nos informaron que ya no podíamos hacer el checking on-line, a lo que nosotros solicitamos poder hacerlo en alguna máquina de checking y a lo que también nos respondieron que no era posible, que la única manera de hacerlo para poder coger el vuelo era pagando 30€ por imprimir cada tarjeta de embarque, un total de 120€, por lo que no nos quedó otra solución que abonar mediante tarjeta de crédito dicho pago, todo y haberles dicho que nos parecía abusivo el pago de dicho importe por un servicio que ya está incluido en el precio del billete.Solicitamos el reembolso de los 120€ cobrados en mostrador por considerarlo totalmente abusivo.Quedamos a la espera de sus comentariosUn saludoJoan Porras
