Estimados, soy cliente de Booking desde hace mucho tiempo, tengo nivel Genius 3 y nunca antes había tenido ningún problema. El 22 de diciembre del 24 recibí una recompensa de 55.03 € por una reserva hecha en Casa Rural El Janpere. No he llegado a usar esta recompensa en ninguna de mis reservas. Sin embargo, me aparece como "gastada en una reserva de vuelo" el 20 de febrero de 2025. Efectivamente hice una reserva de vuelo ese día, pero NO se me aplicó la recompensa ni ninguna reducción en el precio del vuelo, cosa que pueden comprobar fácilmente. He escrito en varias ocasiones a Booking y he contactado con ellos por chat, pero son incapaces de solucionar el problema y devolverme la recompensa. Para hacer cualquier reclamación debo poner una reserva de referencia. Si pongo la del vuelo, las personas que me atienden solo pueden confirmar que no se ha usado ninguna recompensa en el pago del vuelo que compré, pero absolutamente nadie se hace cargo de este problema. Ruego revisen el caso y restablezcan estos 55.03€ para que pueda usarlos efectivamente como la recompensa que me corresponde. Quedo a la espera de sus noticias, Saludos,

This amount was then used on the 20 Feb 2025, 20:41 for the flight reservation 40-660475848. As you can see, the original price of this flight was 1308.7 EUR, however the customer only paid 1253.67 EUR via paypal and the rest with thew reward above. As previously informed, the customer received a reward of 55.03 EUR for a reservation made at the Turisme Rural El Janpere on December 22, 2024. This amount was then used on the 20 Feb 2025, 20:41 for the flight reservation 40-660475848. As you can see, the original price of this flight was 1308.7 EUR, however the customer only paid 1253.67 EUR via paypal and the rest with thew reward above.
