Reclamacion maletas de mano

Hola saqué un billete para dos personas contraté para una persona maleta de mano, pero en la factura no lo desglosa aparte, me gustaría reclamar lo pagado por la maleta de mano

Hace ya más de dos años que el juzgado de lo Mercantil número 13 había rechazado la política de equipaje de mano, por la cual algunas compañías como Ryanair cobraban un suplemento a los pasajeros con tarifa estándar que viajaban con un accesorio personal y una maleta de mano en cabina, los usuarios afectados están amparados por la Ley de Navegación Aérea, por la que con el precio del billete se incluye el equipaje de mano de hasta 10 kg, Ustedes se reiferen al bolso de mano no a la maleta de 10kg, ruego me devuelvan el importe.
