Reclamación por información errónea sobre descuento de residente en vuelos

Estimado/a equipo de atención al cliente de Ryanair, Me pongo en contacto con ustedes para expresar mi profunda insatisfacción con el servicio recibido durante una llamada realizada a su línea de atención al cliente el 4 de marzo de 2023. En dicha llamada, consulté sobre la posibilidad de aplicar el descuento de residente en Baleares en vuelos de origen Santander y destino Sevilla, a lo que se me aseguró que era posible, siempre y cuando presentara el certificado de residente en el mostrador del aeropuerto. Confiando en esta información proporcionada por su representante, procedí a realizar el vuelo sin problema. Sin embargo, hoy, 5 de mayo de 2024, al intentar aplicar nuevamente el descuento de residente en un vuelo desde Sevilla hasta Barcelona, me informaron en el mostrador de facturación que no era posible y que debía pagar la diferencia.Es evidente que la información proporcionada en la llamada del 4 de marzo fue incorrecta y me ha causado inconvenientes financieros y molestias significativas. Como resultado, deseo presentar una reclamación formal y solicitar una compensación por los costos adicionales incurridos debido a este error por parte de su personal de atención al cliente.Espero que puedan abordar este problema de manera oportuna y adecuada, y estoy a la espera de una pronta respuesta por parte de su equipo.
