Dear Sirs/Madam,
I purchased a flight ticket for travel on April 10, 2026 via eDreams company for the Belgrade-Istanbul-Dubai and Dubai-Istanbul-Belgrade routes with Ajet Airlines. Ajet canceled the partial flight from Istanbul to Dubai and from Dubai to Istanbul via an email sent on April 2, but the partial ticket for the flight from Belgrade to Istanbul and from Istanbul to Belgrade remained active. Since I purchased a single ticket from Belgrade to Dubai and back with a stopover in Istanbul, it makes no sense for them to leave me a valid partial ticket from Belgrade to Istanbul and back. I am requesting that the complete flight ticket from Belgrade to Dubai with all stops in Istanbul be canceled and that I be refunded in full.
I called the eDreams call center +44 20 76608560 on April 3rd, and spoke for 20 minutes with a humane agent who convinced me to request a refund from Ajet Airlines. However, the airline told me that I had to contact the company through which I purchased the flight ticket, because I did not buy it directly from them. Finally, the humane agent gave me an email to send a letter from the airline about the flight cancellation. I sent the cancellation documentation from the airline to that email: documents@contact.edreams.com date: Apr 3, 2026, 11:19AM. The same day I received an email from eDreams to fill out an official request with documentation on their Customer Portal, which I did and sent the same day. After that I received a confirmation of receipt of the complaint Apr 4, 2026, 2:49PM case number CASE-2026-20407591 for Cancellations - Help! The airline canceled my booking.
After that there is no response from eDreams, they did not solve the problem and they are not refunding the money for the entire trip.
The start of the trip is so soon for few days planned for April 10th and the plane ticket is still active on the eDreams portal.
Please help me solve this problem, since I bought the flight ticket through the eDreams company which is registered in Madrid, Spain.
I am attaching all the necessary documents.
