Problems with Cancellation of service & Payment refunds

Hello, I cancelled my contract by phone to Securitas on the 26th June 2023 and was told this had been noted but never told what I needed to do and then in July I was getting 2 calls a day sometimes they just put the phone down on me and other times they kept saying I needed batteries and I kept saying I am cancelling my subscription and they kept trying to put me through to redemption but they did not answer and when they did they just put the phone down on me.On the 28th I called again and was told I needed to send it in in writing with identification documents (which I sent by email) and I needed to speak to the cancellation department they tried to connect but nobody was answering so they requested a call back which came on the 31st July 2023 and I was told that that cancellation was in progress and I would not be charged for the August subscription from my bank as he put a stop on it and he would also refund the July payment as I requested the cancellation in June.I checked my bank yesterday the 7th August 2023 and a payment has been taken from my bank account and I have not been refunded so I contact Securitas straight away and was told by an advisor that I would need to pay July and August and I said to him to go through all the recorded telephone conversations I have had with customer service and the promise of NO payment for August and a refund for July and told him in no uncertain terms that I have been lied to.I have rang again today and told that I will be called back but I am sure this will not happen.I would like Securitas to honour their promise and refund me the 2 subscriptions that they have taken.Thank you for you help.

Hi5 minutes ago I get a call from a service engineer saying he can come to me in 20 minutes to check my system.I did have to laugh as1) I have never had a visit from anybody in 3 years so was very surprised and had to tell him I had cancelled the system in the 26th June.2)This also proves that nobody at Securitas know what they are doing.PLEASE sort your company out I do hope that NO payment will come out of my bank in September.RegardsLorraine
