Hola, he realizado una reserva a través de Booking.com en el Hotel Meliá Palma Bay para 5 personas, mis tres hijos menores y dos adultos. He llegado a hotel y me han comunicado que la reserva está hecha para 4 adultos y aunque las habitaciones son de luxe con capacidad máxima para tres personas, no me modifican la reserva.A las 22:00 la solución es devolverme el dinero y que busque otro hotel en Palma de Mallorca con ocupación del 100%. Les hago ver que no quiero la devolución sino que necesito las habitaciones que he reservado por que no tengo donde alojarme, pero ni el hotel ni Booking.com me modifican la reserva.
