Problemas con la reserva

Estimados/as señores/as:  Me pongo en contacto con ustedes porque hemos hecho una reserva a través de booking la cual no se nos ha permitido acceder al alojamiento , negándonos todo tipo de posibilidades y dejándonos así  en la calle luego de habernos cobrado , intentamos comunicarnos varias veces para así comunicarles el problema y no tuvieron ni el más mínimo deseo de ayudarnos ni darnos opciones para resolver la situación SOLICITO: Que se haga la devolución total de la reserva Sin otro particular, atentamente.
