Problemas con la reserva del vuelo duplicada

Hola, ayer día 26-7-2023 yo mismorealizar una reserva de billetes. A la hora de realizar el pago, la página oficial de Ryanair le daba error, indicándole que no era posible finalizar la compra. Tras estar intentándolo varias veces, decidí dejarlo para el día siguiente.Finalmente,al día siguiente me levanto con las reservas ya cobradas.ya me habian cargado el cobro de los billetes (los cuales en la página le habían dado error de compra). A día de hoy nos encontramos con 4 billetes para el mismo día, misma hora y mismos pasajeros (lo cual no tiene sentido). He estado intentado contactar desde ayer con Ryanair, tanto vía chat como vía telefónica. Vía chat no me resuelven el problema (ya que son respuestas generadas automáticamente) y telefónicamente tampoco (solo me dan números y más números para que llame y nadie contesta).
