Hi: Yesterday you let us know that out reservation number 7HRMZW was canceled. Firstly, I would like to let you know that this is causing serious damage to me and my family. You have given us less than 48 hours notice of the cancellation of the accommodation and this is unacceptable to us. It was a family trip for which we had coordinated 15 people and which involved the booking of transport to the accommodation. This amount that we had made is lost with the cancellation. Without going into the lack of professionalism of the owner and in accordance with Spanish law, we not only claim the imminent reimbursement of the amount paid (€2,010) but also a financial compensation of 15% of the amount €301.5 for these damages. In the same way that if we cancel, we are penalised, we request compensation for the lack of protection we have against him. On the other hand, if we are not reimbursed this compensation, we will be forced to go to court, sending you a tourist inspection to analyse whether the rental you are offering meets the Spanish legal requirements. We also are forced to report the situation to the OCU in Spain, as you can see.After this situation and after we have collected our money, they give us 10 days. These 10 days have passed and we still have not received our refund. If this does not happen before 14 August, we will be forced to report the situation to the Spanish authorities (Guardia Civil) to initiate the judicial phase. Watch out for the receipt of the amount paid and the financial compensation for damages.Best regards.
