Sabemos que esta situación está generando una gran incertidumbre y queremos ofrecerte una explicación clara sobre el estado de tu reembolso.
Desde Enterticket compartimos tu preocupación y estamos trabajando para que este proceso se resuelva lo antes posible. Nuestro objetivo es que todas las personas afectadas recibáis la información necesaria y que los reembolsos puedan gestionarse cuanto antes.
Por eso, queremos explicarte cómo funciona este proceso. Enterticket presta el servicio de venta y gestión de entradas del evento, pero los importes abonados por los asistentes son recibidos por el organizador, Cyclop 2014 S.L. (Reggaeton Beach Festival). Para que podamos tramitar los reembolsos, el organizador debe poner a nuestra disposición los fondos correspondientes. A día de hoy, eso todavía no ha ocurrido. Por nuestra parte, seguimos en contacto con el organizador para tratar de desbloquear esta situación lo antes posible y continuaremos informándote de cualquier novedad tan pronto como la tengamos.
