Dear OCUI will tell you the whole story.My name is Pedro Eduardo Soares e Silva, I live in south Brazil.My father - Edson Pedro da Silva, went to Madrid as a tourist and stayed at Agumar hotel.I bought four itens at Amazon.es and sent them to my father´s hotel, but unfortunately none of them got to the Hotel, despite the fact that Amazon.es says otherwise.I did contact the hotel before sending those packages there, as you can see in one email attached.The four itens were divided in three packages, and as show on the pictures attached, two packages (containing three itens) were supposedly delivered and one of those packages never got to the hotel (fact that is confirmed even on amazon.es website).My father went to the reception (front desk ) several time asking about those packages, but the answer was the same - no packages there.Amazon.es sent me an email informing that they couldn´t deliver my order, as you can see from the photo attached.In one of the answers that I read at your websites, Amazon.es said that we had ( ´solución satisfactoria al Reclamante´) and that (´reclamación se encuentra resuelta´), but this is not true. No satisfaction at all, I paid and I didn´t get my merchandise. Nothing is resolved.So please, looking to those pictures attached, could you be able to help me out?PS. : I am use to buy this way in US, UK (Amazon.es can confirm that), and this is the first country that I have this situation.
