Acusamos recibo de su correspondencia en nombre de PABLO JOSE LANZ SALOM.
Tras una exhaustiva revisión, no hemos detectado ninguna incidencia con el proceso del check-in online.
Destacar la facturación en el aeropuerto, así como la emisión de la tarjeta de embarque en el mismo, conllevan el pago de tasas. Estas se encuentran recogidas en nuestra tabla de cargos, abierta al acceso de todos nuestros clientes. Facilitamos enlace a efectos de comprobación:

Esto se especifica, a su vez y de forma preventiva, en nuestros Términos y Condiciones Generales de Transporte aceptados por el cliente en el momento de la compra.
