Problema con reembolso por defunción de familiar

Hola. Mi nombre es Paul Ibarguengoitia Azor.Contraté un billete de avión con la compañía Ryanair con el siguiente itinerario: Vuelo Málaga - Amsterdam. 5 de Septiembre de 2023 (05/08/2023): salida a las 21:50 de Amsterdam y llegada a Málaga a las 00:50. Número de vuelo: FR2335.Sin embargo, por el fallecimiento de un familiar muy cercano me es imposible viajar. El 25/08/2023 envié un formulario de solicitud de reembolso por la web de Ryanair por muerte de cliente por reserva de viaje o familiar cercano. Aún no he recibido respuesta ni el reembolso del billete por parte de la compañía Ryanair.En caso de no recibir una pronta respuesta por parte de la compañía Ryanair tomaré acciones legales.

Sigo sin recibir una respuesta por parte de la compañía. En caso de no recibir respuesta en la próxima semana tomaré acciones legales/judiciales.
