Respecto al caso con referencia 11894220, la cliente escribió a nuestro correo. Debido a un fallo en nuestros sistema y la inactividad del agente que llevaba su caso , no pudimos procesar su solicitud. Agradecemos puedan contactar con la Sra. Respecto al caso con referencia 11892383 , no recibimos respuesta de la Sra. Marina Montes García. Le explicamos algunos de nuestros productos cuentan con mucha demanda y, aunque aparezcan como disponibles en la web, pueden estar sujetos a cambios en el inventario con respecto al tiempo real y no reflejar su disponibilidad debido a retrasos en la actualización de la información estando en varios carritos a la vez.
