Problema con pago de indemnización

Hubo un retraso de más de 5 horas en un vuelo realizado con Ryanair el 19 de julio de Sevilla a València. Según la normativa europea nos correspondía una indemnización de 250€ por persona, siendo dos personas las que volaban por lo tanto asciende a 500€. Después de marearnos diciendo el día que lo íbamos a recibir de repente en uno de los correos nos dicen que el ingreso ya está hecho. Hemos demostrado a través de un papel de transacciones oficial de la cuenta bancaria que no hemos recibido el dinero y no nos han vuelto a contestar a ningún correo y se han desentendido por completo.

Hay una incidencia abierta en el que se demuestra con documento bancario oficial que no se ha hecho ninguna transferencia, el número de incidencia es 37861392. Y el número de localizador de la reserva es HN9B2E.

Ya adjunté el localizador de la reserva: HN9B2E.Por otro lado, acaban de adjuntar un archivo en el que se encuentra la reclamación de otra persona con sus datos personales, así que, tengan cuidado con la filtración de datos y tengan conciencia de a quién le están mandado los mensajes, siendo efectivos en la solución del problema que llevo 3 meses con esto.
