Problema con la etiqueta de devolución

Buenas, el pasado dia 16 de Agosto hice un pedido en vuestra web, cuando me ha llegado he iniciado el procedimiento para recibir la etiqueta gratuita de devolución pero no hay manera de contactar con ellos para que me la faciliten. Es desesperante su servicio de atención al cliente. Sólo quiero la etiqueta de devolución.

Mi correo es JAGAMO@HOTMAIL.ES, ese es el número de pedido que hay en la web. Ya he tramitado la devolución via web y no hay ninguna etiqueta, además de que no contestáis a los correos.

Para procesar devoluciones, normalmente gestionas la solicitud desde nuestro portal de Cambios y Devoluciones. Tras iniciar el proceso, recibes una etiqueta de Correos que no necesitas imprimir, solo tienes que presentar el código en cualquier oficina de Correos. Cuando el artículo llegue a nuestro almacén y comprobemos el estado, te devolvemos el importe. Como nos comentas que no te ha llegado la etiqueta y no has recibido respuesta previa a tus correos, vamos a transferir tu caso a nuestro equipo especializado para que lo revisen y te den una solución lo antes posible. ¡Sentimos mucho las molestias!
