Nos gustaría indicarle que, para que podamos continuar y analizar lo ocurrido con su vuelo, necesitaríamos que nos indicase el PNR de la reserva. El PNR (Registro de Nombre de Pasajero, por sus siglas en inglés) de una reserva de Ryanair es un código alfanumérico único asignado a cada reserva de vuelo que empieza y termina por letras . Este código actúa como un identificador clave que permite a la aerolínea y a otras partes involucradas acceder y gestionar la información asociada con la reserva.
