Estimados/as señores/as:  Me pongo en contacto con ustedes porque el día 27/04/2026, ustedes me cancelaron una reserva que tenía para Puy du Fou por no tener sincronizada la plataforma y no haber entradas disponibles. Desde ese día estoy a la espera del reembolso que me dijeron me llegaría en 5-7 días y a día de hoy no me ha llegado.   SOLICITO que me devuelvan el importe que me cobraron por las entradas + gastos de comisión y que por un error suyo no pude disfrutar.   Sin otro particular, atentamente.
