Problema con el reembolso

Estimados/as señores/as:  Me pongo en contacto con ustedes porque la promotora Big sound valencia no nos quiere devolver el dinero de la entrada. Desde que se anunció el festival hace tiempo se dijeron que iba a ser en Valencia capital, que uno de los artistas principales iba a ser Manuel turizo y otros. Resulta que pocas semanas antes del evento han cambiado de localización al pueblo torrente, han cancelado la actuación de Manuel turizo y de otro artista más. Se niegan a devolvernos el dinero de la entrada Han cambiado de localización, se nos tiene que devolver el dinero SOLICITO […].  Solicito la devolución íntegra de mis entradas y gastos de gestión del festival Big Sound Valencia 2026 por modificación sustancial del evento contratado. La compra se realizó para un evento anunciado en la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias de Valencia y posteriormente ha sido trasladado a Parc Central de Torrent, lo que implica un cambio de municipio, accesibilidad y condiciones logísticas que no acepto. Solicito reembolso conforme a la normativa de consumo aplicable. Sin otro particular, atentamente. Recuerda no incluir ningún dato personal o sensible, ni tuyo ni de un tercero, como puede ser nombre, apellidos, DNI, número de teléfono, dirección postal, cuenta y tarjeta bancaria, email…
