Problema con el reembolso

Buenas tardes,Quería realizar una reclamación de una solicitud de reembolso. El día 3 de abril compré unos billetes de vuelo de MÁLAGA a BARCELONA para 5 pasajeros para el 3 de noviembre de este mismo 2024, con número de referencia XP4PFQ. El vuelo salía de Málaga a las 21:20 y aterrizaba en Barcelona a las 22:55. El día 2 de mayo me llega un correo en el que me informan que la hora de salida de mi vuelo se ha adelantado bastantes horas. En este nuevo cambio, el vuelo salía de Málaga a las 08:45 y aterrizaba en Barcelona a las 10:20.Como se ha llevado a cabo un cambio de más de 5 horas, Ryanair nos permitía solicitar un reembolso de nuestro vuelo. 2 de los 5 pasajeros que he mencionado al principio solicitamos nuestro reembolso el día 7 de mayo. El día 9 de mayo me llega otro correo de Ryanair en el que me dicen que el reembolso que he solicitado para 2 de los pasajeros ha sido depositado en mi cuenta de myRyanair. Cuando me dispongo a retirar dicho reembolso y a cobrar mi dinero en el método de pago que utilicé para comprar los billetes, me aparece lo siguiente: Lo sentimos, se ha producido un error al procesar tu solicitud para retirar tu reembolso mediante el método de pago original. Vuelve a intentarlo más tarde.He intentado cobrarlo durante varios días, varias veces y desde varios dispositivos. En todos tengo el mismo problema. Ryanair me da la opción de gastar dicho dinero en reservar otro viaje, pero yo lo único que quiero es recuperar mi dinero. El problema es que en Ryanair solo te dejan cobrar el reembolso en un plazo de 5 días hábiles.Otra información a tener en cuenta: Ahora al dividir la reserva con el resto de los pasajeros, nos han cambiado el número de referencia a TNCMRJ.Gracias,Belén
