Problema con el reembolso

Estimados/as señores/as:? Me pongo en contacto con ustedes porque antes de volar a Londres, adquirí desde la aplicación de Ryanair el parking y el autobús de ida y vuelta desde el aeropuerto, sin embargo, no me llegó ningún ticket de confirmación ni nada a mi correo. Me puse en contacto con ellos y el chico que me atendió me dijo que me iba a cancelar dichos tickets ya que no podían solucionarme el problema y se me iba a hacer el reembolso en unos días y que comprase de nuevo los tickets pero desde las paginas oficiales de los complementos (esta la llamada grabada). Hice eso pero no me ha llegado ninguna confirmación conforme se me va a hacer el reembolso de los anteriores tickets comprados y que en teoría me los cancelasteis. He llamado a la compañía muchas veces ya y no me dan solución , le echan la culpa a las compañías de parking y bus, con las que también he hablado y dicen que no hacen devoluciones. Me gustaría que me dieran una solución y que se me devuelva el dinero ya que no me llegaron los primeros tickets a mi correo y los adquirí desde su aplicación de Ryanair.Sin otro particular, atentamente.
