Buenas noches,Realicé una reserva con ustedes por la página de Hotel Rewards para el día 17 de diciembre de 2022. El día 14 de noviembre cancelé la misma por imposibilidad de realizar la estancia. Hoy a día 8 de diciembre, no he recibido el reembolso. El día 7 de diciembre me puse en contacto con vuestro servicio de atención al cliente, diciéndome que era responsabilidad del hotel, cosa que ya dudé bastante. Indudablemente, me puse en contacto con el hotel y me comentaron que ellos no tienen acceso al pago (adjunto captura de la conversación que mantuve con ellos).Hoy día 8, he vuelto a contactar con el servicio de atención al cliente, esta vez en español y por teléfono, y en esta ocasión me han dicho que no les aparece la reserva, cosa incomprensible, ya que a mí sí que me aparece como cancelada.El servicio que estáis dando con esta operación no solo afecta a la imagen que da la página de Hotel & Rewards, sino también a la operativa relativa a la aerolínea.Solicito el reembolso íntegro de la cantidad adeuda, 481.63$.
