Problema con el reembolso

Estimados/as señores/as:? Me pongo en contacto con ustedes porque tras intentad solucionar el problema de reembolso con atención al cliente en 3 ocasiones, y habiendo pasado ya casi dos meses, aún no tengo la solución. SOLICITO el reembolso por parte de Booking debido a que el hotel no se ha responsabilizado de realizarlo.? No quiero que volváis a contactar con el hotel y me deis fechas falsas de devoluciones que nunca llegan. Sin otro particular, atentamente.
