Problema con el reembolso

Hola,El 14 de agosto de 2022 yo y mi pareja viajábamos desde Barcelona con destino a Bangkok y escala en Doha. Nuestro vuelo sufrió un retraso de 7 h y 20 minutos en el trayecto de Doha- Bangkok (QR830).La hora prevista de salida era a las 8:15 pm y se pospuso a las 3:35 am, con todo el tipo de inconvenientes personales que conlleva. Solicitamos la compensación por retraso de los dos billetes. Después de hacer la reclamación via email como nos indicaban en la web (ya que nadie nos atendió en el aeropuerto) recibimos una respuesta automática conforme la incidencia se estaba tramitando después de diversos emails: el14 de agosto, el 27 de agosto, el 20 de octubre y el 14 de noviembre. Contacté con atención al cliente en varias ocasiones vía telefónica y me informaron que las reclamaciones se gestionan a través de email, aún así me comunicaron que elevarían la situación al departamento correspondiente. A día 13 de marzo no tenemos ningún tipo de respuesta a la reclamación. Rogamos se proceda al trámite y a la petición de reembolso según la normativa europea. GraciasBooking reference: K6SH4X
