Gracias por haber contactado con el departamento de atencion al cliente de FLYGO!
Le confirmamos que hemos realizado el reembolso total del importe de la reserva el dia 26.06.2025 a la misma tarjeta que utilizo para la compra.
Le adjuntamos una foto de tantalla como justificante.
Hemos contestado al cliente al email
naima.elhandouz@hotmail.com , hace 4 dias, el 26.06.2025 confirmandole lo mismo.
Le informaos que el fin de semana no es dia laboral bancario, por lo tanto, el reembolso le llegara dependiendo del banco, unos dias laborables.
Esperamos su respuesa de que esta situacion esta aclarada.
