Problema con el reembolso

Estimados/as señores/as: Tenía contratado un viaje en avión desde el aeropuerto de Valencia al de Dublín, que tenía su salida a las 10:40 horas del día 24 del mes de de Enero por lo que la llegada normal a Dublín debería haber tenido lugar a las 12:30 horas del día 24, con un coste de 68,98€. Adjunto los siguientes documentos: los billetes de avión, tarjeta de embarque, confirmación reserva, y la cancelación del vuelo. Nº de pasajeros:1 Con 8h de antelación del momento de partida, se me ha comunicado, la cancelación del trayecto contratado. SOLICITO el reembolso del importe de los billetes Sin otro particular, atentamente. Nota informativa: El Reglamento 261/2004 sobre compensación y asistencia a los pasajeros aéreos en caso de denegación de embarque y de cancelación o gran retraso de los vuelos, es aplicable a todos los vuelos que: - Salen de un Aeropuerto de la Unión Europea, además de Islandia, Noruega y Suiza - Salen de un Aeropuerto en un tercer país y se dirigen a un Aeropuerto de la Unión Europea, además de Islandia, Noruega y Suiza, cuando la compañía aérea sea de la Unión Europea
