Por favor, explica brevemente el motivo de tu reclamación Compré una cuenta online de play station, la compra que realicé en ningún momento he tenido acceso a ella, llevo intentando contactar con la empresa un mes y no recibo respuesta.

Por su puesto que G2A es responsable, si el vendedor no me responde la empresa se hace cargo, he sufrido una estafa y la empresa lo único que hace es limpiarse las manos, la denuncia hacia G2A os llegará
