Le informamos que hemos verificado en el sistema y vemos que la solicitud de la señora
Alicia Teresa Perez Cuellar , quedo cancelada y la devolucion del imorte de 281.93 euros, fue devuelto a la misma tarjeta, el dia 22.04.2025.
Le dejo una captura de pantalla como justificante, donde se ve claramente, la fecha, el importe y a que tarjeta se devolvio:
Al ser una tarjeta de CREDITO, debe hablar con su banco, porque tramitan de forma diferente los abonos y las devoluciones.
Esperamos su respuesta de que esta situacion esta solucionada.
