Problema con el reembolso por retraso de más de 3 horas

Hola, el vuelo de Palma de Mallorca a Barcelona el pasado 31 de marzo (FR2897) de Ryanair sufrió un retraso en su salida de más de 3 horas. Viajabamos dos personas y efectuamos la reclamación correpondiente a la página web y hemos recibido una respuesta negativa a las reclamaciones. Ryanair considera que no es culpa suya debido turbulence inspection suffered by the operating aircraft fuera de su control. La respuesta no es satisfactoria para nosotros, además me parece que el correo que me han enviado no está escrito de manera demasiado profesional. Quedo a su disposición para información o documentación que necesiten.
