Problema con el reembolso por enfermedad grave

Estimados/as señores/as: Me pongo en contacto con ustedes porque debido a que se ha solicitado un reembolso por enfermedad grave dentro de los términos de reembolso que aparecían en su página web y este ha sido rechazado. Una semana antes del vuelo, uno de los pasajeros fue diagnosticado con un cáncer avanzado, por los que fue imposible realizar el viaje. Al realizar la solicitud de reembolso por enfermedad grave, cáncer, rellene el cuestionario de enfermedad grave aportando informes médicos como se solicitaba. 24 días después de la solicitud no había obtenido ninguna respuesta, por lo que me puse en contacto con ellos y el mismo día me denegaron el reembolso alegando que su política no acepta reembolsos por enfermedad grave. Al intentar realizar la solicitud nuevamente, la opción por enfermedad grave ya no aparece en su página web, cosa que en el momento de realizar yo la primera solicitud si aprecia dicha opción. SOLICITO el reembolso completo por motivo de enfermedad grave. Sin otro particular, atentamente. Recuerda no incluir ningún dato personal o sensible, ni tuyo ni de un tercero, como puede ser nombre, apellidos, DNI, número de teléfono, dirección postal, cuenta y tarjeta bancaria, email…
